Clients today often find a real estate agent through the internet, just as buyers and sellers of real estate may locate available properties through the Internet. Despite the great amount of information available to buyers and sellers on-line, the value of a well-equipped agent remains your most powerful tool in the selling or purchasing process. As with real estate today, my professional experiences combine such web-based technologies along with well-rounded personal/professional interactions to help my clients today.
Prior to turning my skills to
real estate, I earned a Bachelor in Computer Information Systems and enjoyed
the opportunity to live abroad in Munich, Germany while working as a Technical
Sales Advocate for IBM. My main tasks
were speaking at multi-national conferences and interacting with IBM customers throughout
Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The
position included a great deal of travel and gave the opportunity to spend time
in 36 different countries. This resulted
in acquiring the skills necessary to quickly adapt and relate to customers from
all walks of life.
In 2006 the opportunity arose to
develop a family farm, in my home town of Twin Falls, ID into a residential
subdivision. It is here my real estate
career began along with new paths of life.
As my career in the real estate industry grew I not only completed the real
estate development, but also expanded into representing buyers and sellers of residential
home sales and investment properties throughout the greater Boise area.
Today I take pride in serving my
clients by combining my former career in the Information Technology world with
my knowledge in Real Estate to accomplish your goals with your sale or purchase
